We cannot guarantee refunds on custom work, but your satisfaction matters to us and we will always make a good-faith effort to address issues.

Jewelry Repair We accept jewelry for repair at our studio. By leaving an item with us, you acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of the piece or have authorization to have it serviced. We take great care with every item entrusted to us, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile stones, or conditions that may become apparent during the repair process. We will communicate with you about any such issues before proceeding.

Cleaning & Maintenance We offer professional cleaning and maintenance services for jewelry. Results may vary depending on the metal type, age, and condition of the piece. We will advise you of any risks before beginning.

Appraisals We provide jewelry appraisals for insurance, resale, or personal knowledge purposes. Our appraisals represent our professional opinion of value based on current market conditions and available information. Appraisal values are not a guarantee of purchase price or market performance.
